Your guide to the foothills of Colorado

Hi, Neighbor!

My name is Mark Poshak and I live with my family in Evergreen near Three Sisters. I’m glad to be your neighbor on this side of town.

I am a real estate agent that is a part of a small mountain team called the Fox Group. Being a part of a small team means you will get all of my attention and expertise one-on-one, every step of the way.

But I’m not just on my own. I’m part of Compass, the fastest growing network in the nation with highly developed technology and resources.

Ways to get connected

I’m glad you found your way here. Here’s a few ways I can help - free of charge, of course, without any obligations:

  • Consultation: What’s on your mind? How can I help you think through a real estate related question or issue? No question is off limits - ask away!

    • Should you stay or should you go? There’s no “timing the market” but we can get close. If you choose to sell, how can we best market your home?

    • Would it increase the value of your home to remodel your kitchen or should you just sell as is?

    • Where might be the perfect neighborhood or town to buy a new house?

    • What about interest rates and future financial considerations? Will rates ever be coming down? How much can I afford?

    • How do I get my home wildfire safe or fire certified?

    • What it would it look like to buy an investment property to rent short- or long-term? Can you AirBnB in the mountains?

    • What it would be like to buy a second home for your own vacations?

  • Home Evaluation: I can run the numbers and help you determine what your home is worth based on market data and insights.

  • Buying or Selling: The obvious way to help is to assist you, or someone you know, in buying or selling a home. But I’m your neighbor so there’s no pressure here. Just happy to help.

A phone call, email or I’ll buy your coffee at Bivouac. Up to you! Let’s connect.
